Talent Mairin Kareli

I am all about the patterns created by natural forms, and fluid line. Leaves, branching patterns of plants and trees, vertebrae, veins, petal and feather repetition, nautilus shells, are some of my favorite forms. When I look at these structures, I see evidence of divinity, and I am awed and honored to be a part of it, as many of the branching structures I'm fascinated by are evidenced in the human body. There is some sort of magic held in these forms, they are what the life force itself makes in its creative process. The human participation in the involuntary passionate force of life is what I want to paint. We are part of a expansive, and beautiful world. I also simply love a fluid moving line pulling you around a composition. I love line.
